Hi everyone. So I wanted to apologize for not posting in about two months! In my defence, however, I've been extremely busy. Between my Bible time, classes, yearbook, Behind the Wheel, Ballroom Dance class, a youth retreat to plan for, a Dance, two birthday parties to plan and go through with, getting my permit, and looking for autumn clothes; I've been pretty busy. And I had almost finished a post, but it got deleted and I had to start all over again!
But on one of those days when it seemed like I had way too much to do, I looked around and noticed the leaves on the ground. It had just started to feel chilly, and I could smell a fire off in the distance. Autumn has finally come! Now fall is my very favourite time of the year, because with it comes lots of layers, no sweat, pretty weather, and STARBUCKS. (Also, flannels are my outfit staple, and I can't be called a sweaty lumberjack like when I wore it in the summer hahaha.)

Soooo STARBUCKS.
I, like almost any other teenage girl on the planet, I love Starbucks. my favorite general flavor is caramel, and their whipped cream is life, I swear. The BEST thing, in my opinion, is the Secret Menu. There's so much variety, and I promise that when you finish ordering, you'll feel like a boss. Here are some recipes to get you started.
Note: these are not my original recipes.
FALL MASHUP FRAPPUCCINO
- Vanilla Bean Frappuccino
- Add pumpkin spice sauce (1 pump tall and grande, 2 pumps venti)
- Add toffee nut syrup (½ pump tall, 1 grande, 1.5 venti)
- Top with whip, caramel drizzle, mocha syrup and sea salt
HIPSTER CHAI (this recipe is for a grande)
- 2 pumps white mocha syrup (1 pump for short, 1.5 for tall, 2 for venti)
- 2 pumps of chai syrup (1 pump for short, 1.5 for tall, 3 for venti)
- hot water to the half-way mark
- 2 shots of espresso (1 shot for a short and tall)
- topped up with steamed soy milk
